Thank you for financing your loan with Erie Federal Credit Union! We’re so glad to be serving you as a member. Erie FCU offers multiple ways for you to make your loan payments whether you have an account here or elsewhere.

Erie FCU Loan, Different Bank Account

Erie FCU Remote Payment Center

Make a payment to your Erie FCU loan from an account at another Financial Institution online using Erie FCU’s Remote Payment Center. Simply navigate to the secure payment platform to complete your payment in just a few moments. If you haven’t already registered, that’s also easy to do.

To make a loan payment

You will need your Erie FCU member account number, as well as the routing number and your checking account number (or your Visa®, Mastercard® or Discover® debit card) for the other Financial Institution.

Manual Payments

In-branch

• Prefer face-to-face transactions? No worries. Just stop into any Erie FCU branch to make a cash, check, money order, or internal transfer from an Erie FCU account payment on your time. We do offer shared branching services for in-office teller transactions.

Online Banking

• Internal transfer: Simply transfer money from an Erie FCU checking or savings account to your Erie FCU loan account to make a payment. While logged in, navigate under the Menu to Transactions > Funds Transfer. Enter your payment preferences and select “Transfer Funds”.
   
• External Account transfer (Available after 60 days of EZMM enrollment) from your account at another financial institution to your Erie FCU loan account to make a payment. Please note, payments may take up to 5 business days to process after setup.

ACH One-Time Payments

• Must be scheduled 5 business days in advance of your payment due date. Your SIGNATURE is REQUIRED. E-sign is available as well. To set up, please contact our Member Support Center at (814) 825-2436 or (800) 480-0494 and press option 0.

Phone Payments

• Internal transfer from your existing Erie FCU account. There is no fee for this service and your payment will post right away.
   
• One-time debit/credit card or ACH payment from another financial institution accepted via phone. There is a $10 loan payment convenience fee for this transaction.

Mail a Check | Send a Bill Payment

• Send payment check to 3503 Peach Street, Erie PA, 16508-2741. Make checks payable to Erie Federal Credit Union and be sure to put your Member ID/Account number on the memo line.

Automatic Payments

Set up automatic payments for your loan to give you the "peace of mind" that your payments will be made on time, every time, in a way that fits into your lifestyle and is convenient for YOU!

ACH Auto Pay

• You can set up a recurring auto pay for your loan with the assistance of an Erie FCU loan officer. Set up requires your account and routing number. Your SIGNATURE is REQUIRED. E-sign is also available.

Online banking

• Simply adjust the frequency of your transfer to set up. Please note, recurring transfers can be cancelled or edited prior to the processing date/time while logged into online banking by navigating under the Menu to Transactions > Activity Center > Recurring Transactions tab.
• Internal transfer from an Erie FCU checking or savings account to your Erie FCU loan account to make a payment. While logged in, navigate under the Menu to Transactions > Funds Transfer. Enter your payment preferences and select “Transfer Funds”.
• External Account transfer (Available after 60 days of EZMM enrollment) from your account at another financial institution to your Erie FCU loan account to make a payment. Please note, payments may take up to 5 business days to process after setup.

Credit Card Payments

Card Manager App - Online Banking

The Erie FCU Card Manager app is a great way to manage all aspects of your credit card like checking your balances, viewing transactions, turning your card on and off and more. Making a payment is also a breeze and right at your fingertips.

• Mobile banking - Simply download the Erie FCU Card Manager App from your device's app store.
• Online banking - You can enroll directly. Once registered, you'll be able to manage your cards and make payments.

In-branch

• Make a payment by stopping into any Erie FCU branch office. Payments can be made with cash, check, money order, or internal transfer from your Erie FCU account. Our friendly tellers are here to assist you! 

Shared Branching

• A payment can be made with a teller transaction payment (You will need your Member ID).

Mail a check | Send a Bill Payment

• Send your payment check and bill stub to: P.O. Box 37603, Philadelphia, PA 19101-0603

Phone Payments

• Internal transfer from your existing Erie FCU account. There is no fee for this transaction.
• One-time debit/credit card or ACH payment from another financial institution accepted via phone. Please call Mastercard® Member services at (866) 611-4864 . Using the automated system is free. To make your payment with a representative there is a fee of $10.
