Credit Unions - built upon philosophy of "People Helping People".

Unlike banks, credit union profits are returned to the membership through better rates and lower fees. Owned by their members not shareholders. Erie FCU is local, so your money stays local.

At Erie FCU, our goal is to extend this philosophy in everything we do from interacting with our membership to our involvement with the community we serve. Our employees are encouraged to be ambassadors of the community and to volunteer their time with being involved with local organizations, local businesses, and community charitable events.

Erie FCU is proud to be invested in Erie and the communities surrounding.

Why do you love working at Erie FCU?

The CU has provided valuable knowledge and experience that has given me the ability to impact the community and help members with their financial needs that improve their lives. It brings me joy to know I make a difference with the tools Erie FCU have put at my disposal. Working here has allowed me to grow and succeed in many ways that I did not know were achievable, I am forever grateful. The friendships and family I have made here within the credit union will last a lifetime.

What has been your career path with Erie FCU?

I began my career with Erie FCU in March of 2024 when I was hired as a Teller at the State St branch. I then moved my way up as an FSR at the Zuck Rd branch and shortly after to MSR with the Glenwood branch. I am now in my current role as an MSOI back where I started at the State St branch. The growth and advancement into my current role in such a short time shows the success and opportunities here at Erie FCU.

Erie FCU's #Team AOK (Acts of Kindness)

24 Careers page

At Erie FCU, we are extremely proud of our storied tradition of supporting our community and the charitable organizations and events that make up the fabric of Erie, Pennsylvania. With the opening of our Glenwood Branch, we decided to give these philanthropic endeavors a name and "officially" launched #Team AOK (Acts of Kindness)

Since then #Team AOK has been able to “make a splash” in helping to spread neighborhood “goodwill” throughout Erie and the surrounding communities. All employees are encouraged and invited to participate in this ongoing, worthwhile cause!
