New money is defined as money that has not been on deposit at Erie Federal Credit Union during the past 30 days. To be eligible for the promotional APY of 3.04%, you must meet the following requirements: Open a new Introductory Erie FCU Money Market account with a minimum deposit of $5,000 in new money. Promotional rate applies for six months from the account opening date. After the six-month promotional period, the entire balance of the account will automatically transfer to a standard tiered Money Market account with an APY based on the account balance at that time. Early withdrawals from the Promotional Money Market account may affect earnings.
