Erie FCU Mystery Shopper Program
Providing you with exceptional member service is of great importance to our credit union. To help us achieve this, we contract with a third party company, Creative Image Associates (CIA), who hires detail-oriented “mystery shoppers” that are sent to visit our branch locations and report on our level of member service and product knowledge.
Of course, we never know who CIA has hired to “test” our locations. The program gives us ongoing feedback about how we’re doing, and how we can provide better member service in the future.
