How to Vote
  1. Voting will take place for a minimum of 20 Erie Bayhawks’ home games, which are listed at Voting deadlines and schedules for each game's voting are included at this web address.
  2. Participating schools and their voting keywords are listed at To vote, keywords must be texted to short code 91904 on any cellular phone.
  3. Each cell phone is allowed to vote once per 24-hour period while the event is active. Example: a fan can vote on Wednesday October 20th at 4:00 PM and again on Thursday October 21st beginning at 4:01 PM.
  4. Winners will be announced and notified at least two weeks prior to each game.
  5. Any attempts to falsely manipulate or influence voting will result in that participant being disqualified from any further voting. Votes that are determined to have been entered in any inappropriate manner may be disqualified at the contest administrator’s sole discretion.
Winner’s Recognition
  1. For each contest, the team with the greatest number of votes received shall be deemed that game's winner.
  2. Each winning "MyErieHomeTeam" will receive a maximum of 20 Main Level tickets for the team, coaches and guests. Tickets are provided and delivered by the Erie Bayhawks on behalf of the Erie FCU.
  3. Team of the Game will be recognized in the 1st Quarter via public address announcement and on a scoreboard in Tullio Arena. In the event that this recognition is not provided by the BayHawks, other arrangements will be made at the discretion of the BayHawks and the Erie Federal Credit Union.
  4. Team of the Game winner will be recognized in an advertisement that will be placed in the game-day edition of the Erie Times News. In the event that an advertisement does not run, the Erie Federal Credit Union will place another advertisement on the school team’s behalf.
  5. Team of the Game winner is featured on for a minimum of one day.
  6. Each school that has a Team of the Game winner will receive one entry per winning team in a drawing to be held prior to the Erie Bayhawks final regular season game on April 2, 2011. The winning school will receive a two thousand, eleven dollar ($2,011.00) donation for their athletic department from the Erie Federal Credit Union.
  7. Grand prize winner recognition:

    An agreed-to representative of the winning school agrees to be present at Tullio Arena at 6:00 PM on April 2, 2011.  Due to the planning associated with the $2,011 check presentation, Erie FCU reserves the right to designate another winner if the winning school is not present as agreed.
