What is a Shared Service Branch?
A Shared Service Branch is a credit union that is part of a shared branching network which allows you to perform basic teller transactions at other credit unions that are also part of the shared network.
If you are out of town and need to perform basic teller transactions, you can access your Erie Federal Credit Union account at other participating credit unions through the Shared Service Network.
