Protect Yourself from Fraud
The Erie FCU will not contact you via text message or email requesting information about your account. You should never provide your credit union account, debit card, or credit card numbers in response to any request you receive via text or email, no matter how urgent the message may seem. If the credit union becomes aware of potential fraud or a suspicious transaction, a credit union employee or the MasterCard® Customer Service/Fraud Department will contact you by phone and will never ask for your credit union account, debit card, or credit card numbers.
