Jun 01, 2009 | Posted in Fraud Alerts

Fraudulent text messages have been reported requesting Credit Union members call an 800 number and asking them to enter their 16 digit Debit Card/ATM Card and/or Credit Card Numbers, Expiration Dates and Personal Identification Numbers. These text messages indicate their credit union accounts are suspended and in fact are a fraudulent attempt at gaining your personal information. Never provide sensitive information about your accounts without confirming that you are dealing with a legitimate source. If you feel your account has been compromised or have questions, please contact us immediately.
